Meet Janet Lucy

Janet Lucy, M.A., is a writer, poet, and the award-winning author of Makana is a Gift, Mermaid Dreams, and The Three Sunflowers, also available in bilingual versions. Три Соняшники ~ The Three Sunflowers is a Ukrainian-English version of the original book, dedicated with love to the children of Ukraine. She is the co-author of the world-wide selling book, Moon Mother, Moon Daughter ~ Myths and Rituals that Celebrate a Girls' Coming of Age  and the NEW companion books, Moon Circles Facilitator’s Guide and By the Light of the Moon journal. Her recent publication, Writing by Starlight ~ A Divine Ink Journal is filled with 52 poetic star quotes for celestial inspiration.

She has been a contributor to Mothering, Mamalode, Natural Solutions, The Sun, Skirt! and Real Travel magazines, and the book, Crow Moon by Lucy H. Pearce (Womancraft Publishing 2024).

Janet is the Founder of “Women’s Creative Network” (WCN) in Santa Barbara, California, a consulting business emphasizing intuitive, creative, and professional development through writing. For over 25 years Janet has been offering individual consulting, women’s weekly writing circles, workshops & trainings, and local & international writing retreats in Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, and Italy (Tuscany & Sicily). 

Janet guides "Divine Ink ~ Illuminating the Heroine's Journey," a divine feminine path to transformation, and offers a “Divine Ink Writing Circle Facilitator’s Training” based on her over 25 years of teaching and facilitation. Janet loves to share her divine inspiration with other women.  

“Divine Ink,” a “Portal of Possibilities ~ Inspiration for Women Who Love to Dream and Dare to Write” is her current creation.
